Blood

Blood consist of plasma, red blood cells, white cells and pletlets as well . Red blood cells are the body's oxygen carries. They carry oxygen from the lungs to all the cells of the body. The white blood cells Protect us from disease,they are much larger than the white blood cells. They all have a nucleus. Plasma os the yellow liquid.It is mainly water with digested food , harmones, and waste substances dissolved in it. Platelets are are fragments of cells formed in abone marrow. Their job is to stop bleeding from cuts.There are about five million cells in one drop of blood. We have nearly half a bucket (5.5 litres) of blood in our body.
